What does it cost after the first year?

The first year of Zenframe Family is included in the price. After that it's your choice: continue with Family for the calendar, meal plan, tasks and routines — or don't. The photo frame and photo sharing keep working without a subscription.

What do I need to get started?

Just power and wifi. The display arrives fully set up and connects itself to your family on first boot — no account is needed to order, and setup takes minutes.

How is it mounted?

A wall mount is included, and the display works in the hallway or kitchen — or standing on a shelf. All it needs is a power outlet nearby.

Question 4

What's the difference between Display and Display Mini?

Display is 15.6″ and made to be the family's main surface in the kitchen. Mini is 10.1″ and fits the hallway, a kid's room or grandma's house. Both show the same content.

What about delivery and returns?

Accepted Answer

In-stock units ship within a few business days. If a variant is out of stock it is made to order and normally ships within about 4 weeks — we deliberately keep minimal stock to keep the price down. You have a 14-day return window from the day you receive the display.
