Do we need a subscription?
Zenframe Family is included for 12 months: calendar, meals, tasks, kids' routines and the AI assistant. No add-ons to buy. Calendar, photos, clock and weather stay free on the screen. To keep the rest, Family is €8.99/month. Nothing starts automatically.
Why does it cost something after the first year, when free calendars exist?
A free calendar shows appointments. Zenframe connects them to dinners, the shopping list, kids' routines and a screen on the wall that the whole family actually sees — without anyone having to open an app. The subscription is the business model: no ads in the product and no selling of the family's data. You are the customer, not the product.
Are the family's calendar and photos private?
The content is tied to the family's account and isn't public. Google Calendar connects via OAuth. You can disconnect integrations and delete your account and data at any time; the details are in the privacy policy.
What do we need to get started?
Just power and wifi. The screen connects to your family the first time it starts up, and setup takes a few minutes. You don't need an account to order.
How is the screen mounted?
Both wall mount and table stand are included, so the screen can hang in the hallway or kitchen — or stand on the worktop, a shelf or the chest of drawers. It only needs a socket nearby.
What if it doesn't suit us?
You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive the screen. Send it back within the deadline and you get your money back. Your statutory consumer rights apply on top — at least 2 years under EU consumer law.
When will it arrive?
Variants in stock are packed in Bergen and shipped within a few working days. Shipping costs €29 — or collect it from us in Bergen for free. If the colour you choose isn't in stock, the expected delivery time is shown by the buy button before you pay.
Which languages is the screen available in?
The screen and the app are available in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish and Italian. You choose the language for the family.
What is the difference between Display and Display Mini?
Display is 15.6″ and made as the family's main surface in the kitchen. Mini is 10.1″ and fits in the hallway, the kids' room or at the grandparents'. Both show the same content.
