Frequently asked questions
What does it cost after the first year?
One year of Zenframe Family is included. After 12 months the calendar, photos, clock and weather continue free in Basis. If you want to keep every Family feature, you activate Family at 149 NOK/month. Nothing starts automatically.
What do I need to get started?
Just power and wifi. The display arrives fully set up and connects itself to your family on first boot — no account is needed to order, and setup takes minutes.
How is it mounted?
Both a wall mount and a table stand are included, so the display can hang in the hallway or kitchen — or stand on a counter, shelf or dresser. All it needs is a power outlet nearby.
What's the difference between Display and Display Mini?
Display is 15.6″ and made to be the family's main surface in the kitchen. Mini is 10.1″ and fits the hallway, a kid's room or grandma's house. Both show the same content.
What about delivery and returns?
In-stock units ship within a few business days. If a variant is out of stock it is made to order and normally ships within about 4 weeks — we deliberately keep minimal stock to keep the price down. You have a 14-day return window from the day you receive the display.
