Beach bingo for kids
Beach bingo gives kids a mission between swims. They hunt for a crab, a shell, a bucket, a seagull and a sandcastle instead of complaining they are bored. This free printable A4 board downloads in seconds with no sign-up needed — print it at home and slip it into the beach bag.
About this sheet
Beach bingo is a picture bingo where every square shows something children can find or spot at the seaside. They tick off each one as they explore, and because the squares are illustrated even pre-readers can join in from around age four.
The game gives children something to do between paddling, sandcastle building and ice cream runs. They look for shells at the waterline, spot seagulls overhead and search rock pools for crabs — and the whole thing plays out without a screen in sight.
The sheet comes in three age variants — ages 4 to 6, 7 to 9 and 10 to 12 — so the motifs match what younger and older children can realistically find. You can print a different level for each child or the same one for everyone.
Download the A4 PDF free, print it at home before you head out, and pack one sheet per child. Keep it in a plastic sleeve so it survives the sand and splashes. First to five in a row wins.

How to use it
- Choose beach type. Coastal or holiday beach. The motifs adjust so kids can actually find them on the day.
- Print and pack. Print at home and slide the sheet into a plastic sleeve with a pencil. Sand and a plastic sleeve get on much better than sand and loose paper.
- Play between swims. Kids search for motifs when they are out of the water. The winner picks the ice cream on the way home.
